Karl and Lucinda O’Connor purchased Saint Killian’s Castle and began work unknown to the town folk. The man; a scientist and his field of work is genetics. The wife seemingly normal but holds a dark secret. Her husband is using her as research, but does not treat her as such. The large castle serves as a laboratory, and their mission is find which gene gives certain people to possess supernatural abilities.
It as all top secret and when they cracked the code, they slowly let it leak into the ‘Gifted’ community. The news of the Gifted Gene ran through all of Europe and parts of America. There was a large hype, which was hard to keep this hidden from the ‘Normies’. The information released about this gene was as followed:

Once a laboratory, now the O’Connors’ estate is under the guise of a Catholic school. Saint Killian’s Academy for the Gifted is under the watchful eye of Headmaster is Gair O’Connor, the youngest son of the Karl and Lucinda. The rest of the family had gone in separate ways. Gair’s parents are now in Russia to hide their research on the Gifted Gene. Since the 60’s, their research and discoveries have been off the charts.
As the Gifted Gene evolves, so doesn’t the hatred toward the Gifted. Those that do not care for their powers or wish to learn have been losing control and causing havoc. Governments have been trying to set up laws and destruction of this ‘race’. The News has been spitting out images of crimes from ‘Normies’ and the Gifted sides. There is even a report that there are rogue Gifted groups starting around the country. Sadly, the Irish town in which the Academy is located are becoming suspicious. This is only placing the students in a dangerous position.
Students from America and Europe attend this Academy and lately, the cases that step foot into Saint Killian’s have proven to be difficult and harder to understand. It seems as though the Gifted Gene is evolving into something more. Headmaster O’Connor will take on any case in hope that they can survive on their own after they part ways.
